Administrative Positions
The following job descriptions are provided to give applicants a basic overview of some of the open positions at Springbrook. More detailed job descriptions and/or requirements may be provided during the application process.
Administrative Assistant
- Facilitate the work of a department head and their department personnel by performing secretarial, clerical, and administrative support functions.
- Provide administrative support of department information needs by preparing and processing data input/output to agency computer information systems.
- Facilitate overall department communication effectiveness by oordinating departmental, interdepartmental, and external communications.
- Facilitate efficient use of information technology in department by providing training and first-line support for computer systems.
- Aid department meeting effectiveness by scheduling, providing administrative support, and acting as inute-taker as requested.
- Aid in successful special project completion by providing clerical support, research, and data accumulation as requested.
House Manager
- Responsible for the efficient management and operation of all aspects of a community home or residential school home under guidelines of various state and regulatory agencies as well as Springbrook rules and regulations.
- Strong organizational as well as written and oral communication skills are necessary to manage all aspect of the home and complete a wide variety of administrative tasks.
- Participate in on-call rotation with other program supervisors for weekend and evening coverage.
- Responsible for supervision and training of staff.
