Frank Burden Joins Board of Directors

Mr. Francis Burden was unanimously elected to the Springbrook Board of Directors at this year’s Annual Meeting on October 10th at the Historic Otesaga Resort and Hotel.

Mr. Burden has been involved with Springbrook for over ten years, serving as chairman of the successful 2000 Capital Campaign that raised nearly 3 million dollars.

Mr. Burden is a graduate of Marist College and has been employed with AG Edwards as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner since 1990. Frank also serves as secretary and trustee on the Foundation board at SUNY College at Oneonta. He resides in Oneonta with his wife Kristin.
