Day Habilitation

Springbrook’s community site-based day programs encourage active involvement in the local
community and we offer activities for the promotion of an individual's self esteem and overall well-being.

Whether it is socialization, leisure, vocational or volunteer activities emphasis is placed on Person Centered Planning and addressing the likes, wants, needs and dreams of each individual.  Making choices, setting goals and planning become an important part of the skill-building process.

Springbrook has both site based Day Habilitation Programs as well as more individualized community options through our Home and Community Based Waiver Services.
