Service Coordination

Is about helping individuals (adults and children) with developmental disabilities and their families obtain the services, outcomes and dreams they desire.

The Service Coordinator assists individuals and their families work with regulatory systems such as State Education, Office of Mental Retardation and Disabilities, Department of Social Services, and Medicaid to assure that the people they serve have access to comprehensive medical, clinical, educational, vocational and residential services as needed.
