Service Coordination

Service coordination is about helping children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families obtain the services, outcomes and dreams they desire.

The Service Coordinator assists individuals and their families work with regulatory systems such as State Education Department, Office of People With Developmental Disabilities, Department of Social Services and Medicaid to assure the people they serve have access to comprehensive medical, clinical, educational, vocational and residential services as needed.
