Coming Home: The Campaign for Springbrook

New York faces a crisis: demand for in-state residential services for children with developmental disabilities increasingly outpaces available placements. Many families, forced to send their children out-of-state, face the heart-breaking pain of separation by hundreds, sometimes thousands, of miles. Meanwhile, the alarming growth of autism diagnoses means that demands for residential services will only rise.
