Springbrook provides a 5-day orientation program for all new employees. Below is the list of topics covered during the first three days.

Other required trainings that immediate follow the first week include:
- Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention (SCIP-R) - 2 days
- Medication Administration - 5 days
Direct Support Professionals must also complete a 6-week extended orientation training program that includes both classroom and hands on learning. Required trainings includes:

- Nuts and Bolts of Human Services and Direct Care
- Behavior Modification
- Developmental Disabilities and Medical Issues
- Teaching/Coaching and Communication
