We have been offering a Weekend Challenge for students, residents, and staff over the past six weeks, and so for this Sunday Funday, we wanted to show you one of the most fun parts of these weekly games – Cooking With Alyssa!
Alyssa Hall is a Speech Language Pathologist at the School at Springbrook. Her weekly feature brings challenge participants a new recipe to follow along with and create for themselves. Alyssa picks a theme associated with the Weekend Challenge for the recipe and creates a fun and engaging video (often in costume) to show viewers what ingredients they’ll need and how to make their own culinary creation.
