Weekend Challenge!
We are proud to introduce Springbrook’s Weekend Challenge. Among other initiatives, each week we will be providing you with different weekend challenges. Remember, our challenges are organization-wide, with bragging rights and fun prizes!
- Participants can complete one or all of the challenges—there is something for everyone’s ability and interest.
- For each challenge that a house completes, the house will earn a ticket to be placed in a drawing for a weekly prize.
- The more challenges a house completes, the more chances to win!
- The winner is chosen on Monday, and the winning house gets to pick their prize.
If you have any suggestions or questions about the Weekend Challenge, feel free to reach out to any of the committee members listed below. Get creative, have fun, and most importantly, enjoy!

Celebrating 4th of July and Cow Appreciation Day
Craft Challenge
This week we are celebrating 4th of July and Cow Appreciation Day, so let’s see how creative you can be! Can you make a red, white, and blue cow or ice cream? Maybe a collage of famous cows? You have done amazing work at making flags, so how about dressing up in red, white, and blue and posing by your flag creations. Decorate your front porch in red, white, and blue for everyone to see! The options are endless, click here for some ideas. Ten entries will be awarded for the prize drawing for each finished project and picture submitted.

Cooking With Alyssa
As a featured part of the Weekend Challenge, Springbrook’s Speech Language Pathologist Alyssa Hall, brings participants a new recipe to follow along with each week. Alyssa picks a theme associated with the Weekend Challenge for the recipe and creates a fun and engaging video to show participants what ingredients they’ll need and how to make their own culinary creation.
