We are proud to invite you to the grand opening of Springbrook’s newest location in the heart of Oneonta.
Our latest innovative project: a shared space with a specialized clinic where we will provide enhanced primary care services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the new main office for Southern Tier Connect—offering local, personal Care Coordination to people across our region.
This reception, ribbon cutting ceremony, and open house provides an opportunity to see this beautiful building and the programs at this location.
