Dear Families,

As the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) changes the way that you or your loved one receives Medicaid Service Coordination, we know that you have many questions. To help you as you navigate through this transition, we have scheduled a series of informational meetings regarding the OPWDD change from Medicaid Service Coordination to Care Coordination and the establishment of regional Care Coordination Organizations.

At these meetings, we hope to provide you with answers to some of your most frequently asked questions. But more importantly, we hope to provide you with a platform to share your ideas so that we can better advocate for you and your family. I invite and encourage you to attend the meeting most convenient to your location and/or schedule. You can RSVP to Danielle Jaszcar at 607-353-7272 Ex.2500 or
